Established in 2021, Just Breathe was founded with the vision of bringing the remarkable benefits of halotherapy (active dry salt therapy) from the vibrant, sun-kissed culture of Florida to the people of Northern DFW. In mid-2023, the baton of ownership was passed to the Kam family. Stephen and Sandra Kam, along with their daughters Megan and Sam, who embraced this mission as a part of their own journey towards holistic wellness and a commitment to genuine, lasting health. Their passion for natural, drug-free wellness practices has driven them to continuously learn and share knowledge, fostering a community of health-conscious individuals.
